The maker's sobriety date is February 3, 2016. When she thinks about how long she's been sober, it can still feel overwhelming. A lifetime of codependency, addiction, and survival — and then, one day at a time, something different. She is not special. She will tell you that herself. And that's exactly the point: if she can do it, so can you.

This satchel was made because getting sober can feel impossible, and being sober can be hard. However you're choosing to do it — a 12-step program, a different fellowship, therapy, or your own path — this kit is here to walk alongside you.

The Intention Behind This Kit

Two planetary energies were woven into this satchel, each with its own purpose:

• Saturn — to help establish healthy routine, set boundaries, and rein in the excess. Saturn asks us to do the work, and rewards us when we do.
• Venus — to bring in love and compassion for ourselves during one of the hardest seasons of our lives. In early sobriety especially, surrounding yourself with love — from others and from within — can make all the difference.

The Stones

• Botswana Agate (Saturn satchel) — chosen specifically for its sobriety-supporting properties. It helps acknowledge and release emotional wounds, supports finding your true path, and carries a beautifully gentle energy. This stone reminds us: we are love. We are compassion.
• Raw Rose Quartz (Venus satchel) — a stone of peace, calm, and emotional healing. Particularly powerful in early sobriety, when the deeper parts of ourselves begin to surface. It holds you gently while you explore them.

The Herbs

Saturn's Satchel:

• Mullein — courage, removing blocks to our highest self, self-love, learning to love others again, and protection. Also one of Saturn's own herbs.
• Yarrow — courage and removing what blocks us from becoming who we truly are
• Angelica Root — heals emotions and actions that keep us from the Light, while offering protection

Venus's Satchel:

• Elderberries — an herb of Venus; supports sleep, healing, protection, abundance, and releasing what no longer serves us

• Rosemary — healing, purification, and sleep
• Mint — healing, love, purification, sleep, and abundance

How to Use It
