We want you to love what you find at Lady Layre! We understand that sometimes issues come up, and we're happy to work with you whenever we can.
🛠 Defective or Damaged Items
If you experience a genuine issue with one of our products, please reach out. While not every situation qualifies for a refund or exchange, we'll always do our best to make things right when we can.
If an item appears to be defective due to workmanship or arrives damaged, please contact Lady Layre within 14 days of purchase.

If the item was created by one of our independent makers or vendors, we'll work directly with them to determine the best resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include a repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund. We'll keep you informed throughout the process.

Requests for returns, exchanges, or other concerns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
After 14 days, we may be unable to offer a refund, exchange, or other resolution.

🚫 Final Sale Items
Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or commissioned items
- Bath and body products
- Essential oils
- Spell kits and ritual-use items
- Consumable products (including teas, herbs, incense, and similar items)
- Any item that has been opened, used, or altered after purchase
📸 Condition & Proof of Purchase
Whenever possible, returned items should be in their original condition.
A receipt or other proof of purchase is required for all return, exchange, or warranty requests.
🔮 Tarot & Metaphysical Services
All tarot readings, psychic readings, energy work, intuitive guidance, and other metaphysical services are final sale.
Because these services are performed at the time of purchase and rely on personal interpretation and individual experience, no refunds will be issued.
Please note: Many items sold at Lady Layre are handmade or created from natural materials. Variations in color, shape, texture, inclusions, and other characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
