Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

If your order contains handmade or made-to-order items, additional processing time may be required.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using the carrier that best fits the size and destination of your package. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at:

You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for that notification before coming to the shop.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been given to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help you work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Many of our products are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or naturally occurring. Minor variations in color, shape, texture, and appearance are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
